Most of us experience stress and worry in our lives, sometimes more often than we would like.
When our mental, emotional, or physical body encounters pain and tension, it strains our well-being and if not look after can lead to anxiety and depression.
In these challenging times is even more important than ever to look after our health.
As a Healer and Mindfulness Coach, I always invite my clients to introduce mindfulness practice into their daily life. Meditation is a great way to begin to learn how to control our thoughts and welcome more harmony and balance into our lives.
Meditation is like any other practice it gets better and easier with repetition. There no need for any previous experience, I will guide you every step of the way.
I would like to invite you to join me every Tuesday and every Thursday at 7pm for the Online Guided Meditation Classes. Drop-in tickets (10GBP).
