Meet your teacher
Kasia is a yoga and meditation teacher. An entrepreneur who has traveled the world and lived from Fiji to Bali to London she is an adventurer who travels with depths into the deepest aspects of herself and as a result, knows how to hold space for others to do the same.
Drawing upon her metaphysical teachings with the Modern Mystery School, she combines ancient spiritual practices with modern-day therapeutic techniques. She is trained in sacred geometry, the Max Meditation System™, various healing modalities, yoga, breathwork, and creative expression through the use of the arts.
