Why we do kids yoga
Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to improve both physical, emotional, and mental health in school-age children. Research study has shown that yoga can improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behavior.
Kids' yoga helps children learn how to release stress, retain more information, and increase confidence and happiness, among other benefits. Positive thinking techniques increase a child’s awareness of the power of their own thoughts and give them access to being the author of their own life.
During each class, we followed 7 step wellbeing program to help kids feel welcomed and safe with a structure of circle time, breathing exercises, yoga games, positive thinking, relaxation, and meditation. Each class is filled with laughter and lots of joy. When kids learn in a fun way, they relax more and are able to remember things more easily.
In-person Mini Me Yoga Classes
Every Tuesday - kids age 4-8 years old
Every Thursday - kids age 9-12 years old
Exchange: £10 per class
*siblings - second child £7
Parents and Child Mini Me Yoga classes Coming soon - Kids age 2-4 years old
Exchange: £15 per class (parent & child)
